We are an external procurement team. Our sourcing agents, project managers, and tech experts become an extension of your team. Offering another layer of expertise and vendor security. Think of us as an external purchasing house, supplemental to your already existing purchasing department.

A Group Purchasing Organization. Filled with hundreds of Vendors, Manufactures, Designers, logistical companies, Architects, General Contractors and more. The common goal is to drive cost for supplies, equipment, services and projects down for small to midsize businesses. Leverage is the key word here and leverage is easier to get when working with a group, as opposed to one single vendor.

What do you need to begin the process ?

A conversation with one of our team members to assess which agent your company should speak with. The agent will ask questions to learn where purchasing stands today and where you think the purchasing needs to be in the future. Invoices are needed to perform a price analysis.If we do not collect an invoice, we cannot show our findings.

What do I need to Sign-up for a consultation ?

A conversation with Jezibel, Appointment with Paul, If a big company then a team meeting with Paul. 3 to 5 Meetings in total to switch.

What do I need to Sign-up for a consultation ?

Business name, address, email, phone number and the project, service or material you are looking to retrieve; the deadline and Budget.

What categories do we help businesses procure for ?

The name of the Company, Individual name, an email address, what kind of service needed, the deadline, and budget.

What do I need to do to integrate our purchasing software with your business ?

One meeting explaining the way in which you would like the two applications to talk to each other. A second meeting to review the integration completion. We can most certainly integrate with any purchasing tool out there.

How will supplies and materials be delivered ?

The same folks you rely on now, UPS and Fedex. If deliveries are larger than every purchases, then deliveries will be sourced by a local 3rd party logistics team
